From post-surgery and post-hospital rehabilitation to long-term care for a chronic illness our highly skilled care teams provide compassionate attention and specialized care every step of the way.

As a Maintenance Worker you will:

Perform routine maintenance on grounds parking areas driveways etc. by cutting trimming policing sweeping etc. as necessary/directed.
Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing plastering electrical carpentry mechanical etc. as directed in accordance with established procedures.
Replace burned out lights bulbs to include exit lights overhead lights fluorescent lights room call lights etc. and perform cleaning duties in very high places.
Service heating and cooling units/systems as specified by the manufacturer and in compliance with established policies and procedures.
Maintain general plant and facility in good repair ensuring a safe clean and orderly environment.
Maintain an atmosphere of positive emphasis as well as a calm environment throughout the facility.
Assure maintenance supplies have been replenished in work areas as necessary.
Assist other in lifting heavy equipment supplies etc. as directed or requested.
Other related duties as may become necessary or as directed by your supervisor department director and/or administrator.

Pay rate based on Years of Experience:

$20-$24 per hour

Weekend and evening differential available
