Youll step into a newly established FQHC site opening in April 2026 providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in a structured template-based outpatient setting. There are no hospital responsibilities and no weekends. Call is light and phone-only for approximately one week per year. You will have autonomy in patient care structured administrative time as your panel grows and mentorship from an engaged leadership team.
Youll practice in Troy Missouri just outside St. Louis where the cost of living is low housing is affordable and the community offers strong Midwestern values and support.
