Job Description: Operations Coordinator at Compass Realty Inc
Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of a real estate office. This role ensures smooth coordination between agents clients vendors and internal teams by managing listings transactions scheduling and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day office and real estate operational activities
- Support real estate transactions from contract to closing ensuring all steps are completed accurately and on time
- Manage listing operations including MLS input updates and status changes
- Schedule and coordinate showings inspections appraisals and closings
- Communicate with agents clients lenders title companies and vendors
- Maintain and organize transaction files contracts and office records
- Track deadlines and ensure compliance with brokerage procedures and real estate regulations
- Assist with vendor coordination (photographers contractors stagers inspectors)
- Support marketing efforts such as listing materials flyers and property updates
- Identify and resolve operational or scheduling issues proactively
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- 13 years of experience in real estate operations administration or customer service
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Experience with CRM or transaction management systems is a plus
