As Night Chef de Partie key aspects of your role will include:

• Working independently during the night
• Ensuring high quality consistent output throughout the night
• Preparing mise-en-place to assist the day team as required
• Maintain a clean organized and efficient kitchen environment adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols.
• Lead by example demonstrating culinary excellence and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional results.
• Oversee food preparation and presentation ensuring consistency and adherence to our high standards.

Our ideal Night Chef de Partie is someone who has:

• Several years experience working in high-end hotels and/or restaurants
• Strong organization skills and communication skills
• The ability to work well independently
• A positive mindset
• A genuine passion for working in hospitality
