Job Summary
Project Management
Project Management Support

Develop and maintain Technology Delivery process workflows diagrams and templates.

Validate outputs by project stakeholders to ensure adherence to Project Management and Technology Delivery Process practices.

Monitor and report on project progress ensuring alignment with schedules and budgets.
-
Follow effective reporting mechanisms defined by the PMO function to assist Program and Project Managers in reporting the status and health of their programs/projects.

Assist Project Managers with project-related analysis as required.

Conduct training sessions for project teams on PMO processes and tools.
-
Identify document and track project actions risks and dependencies.
-
Attend meetings and document meeting minutes clearly and concisely.
-
Maintain project-related budget information in close coordination with the Cost Engineer and Commercial Manager.

Assist with audits as needed in close liaison with Domain Leads and the Audit Lead.
Executive Administration Support
-
Provide high-level administrative support including organizing and facilitating project meetings.
-
Prepare and distribute project communications including status updates and reports.
-
Record track and follow up on actions risks and dependencies to closure with respective owners.
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation ensuring proper version control.
-
Develop letters memos reports and other formal materials as needed.

Develop tournament-time reports capturing event readiness information from functional experts and distribute to relevant stakeholders periodically.

Assume additional responsibilities as directed by the direct supervisor.

Mentor and guide junior PMO staff providing training and ongoing support.
Experience Requirements
-
5 years of relevant experience in the IT industry.
Educational Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in one of the following:
-
Computer Science
-
Administration
-
Engineering
-
Certifications (Preferred)
-
CCIE or CCNP
-
OR certifications related to Cloud or SD-WAN
Required Skill Set
-
Experience in project management project analysis or within a PMO environment. Prior experience in a senior analyst or project coordinator role is preferred.

Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project Jira and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).

Strong data analysis reporting and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
-
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
