Job Title: Salesforce Developer (Salesforce Public Sector Solutions) - Remote

Job Description:

As a Salesforce Developer you will design develop and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on licensing permitting and inspections data models. You will lead complex integrations and data migration initiatives collaborate with administrators and technical teams on releases and ensure secure high quality implementations that align with established development standards and data protection requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build integrations using Salesforce APIs to connect Salesforce with internal and legacy systems.
• Develop and maintain licensing permitting and inspections solutions using Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
• Create and manage data models and ETL processes to support enterprise data integration.
• Lead end to end data migration activities including analysis mapping transformation validation and cutover.
• Define migration strategies estimates risks and mitigation plans for complex datasets.
• Configure and deploy Salesforce solutions following no code low code and custom development best practices.
• Collaborate with administrators to manage release cycles and deploy enhancements safely.
• Ensure data integrity validation performance testing and post deployment verification.
• Handle sensitive data responsibly applying data security and privacy best practices.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• 6 8 years of experience designing and implementing licensing permitting and inspections solutions using Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
• Strong expertise with Omnistudio tools including OmniScripts DataRaptors and Integration Procedures.
• 5 8 years of hands on Salesforce development experience using Apex SOQL workflows and Agile SDLC practices.
• 4 years of experience leading end to end data migrations from legacy systems to Salesforce.
• Experience configuring complex Salesforce security and sharing models.
• Proven ability to estimate work manage risks and collaborate within cross functional teams.
• Familiarity with ETL tools bulk data loading data cleansing and validation practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $70.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
