Job Summary
ND Global Consulting Services Inc. is seeking a qualified and nbsp;Psychiatrist and nbsp;for a temporary onsite assignment at the and nbsp;St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center North Campus and nbsp;in St. Louis Missouri.
The Psychiatrist will be assigned to and nbsp;3East which is part of the facilitys and nbsp;Competency Restoration Program. The role will focus on the assessment treatment and management of clients with serious mental illness. The Psychiatrist must perform services onsite at the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric assessment treatment and clinical management for assigned clients.
- Evaluate diagnose and treat clients with serious mental illness.
- Provide medication management and related psychiatric services.
- Work collaboratively with facility staff and treatment team members.
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and timely.
- Attend required facility orientation and training.
- Follow all facility policies safety procedures and clinical standards.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have:
- Current license to practice medicine/psychiatry in the State of Missouri.
- Current Missouri Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs registration.
- Current DEA registration for Missouri practice.
- Ability to work onsite at and nbsp;5351 Delmar Blvd. St. Louis MO 63112.
- Availability to work approximately 40 hours per week.
- Ability to complete all required onboarding background checks fingerprinting TB testing and facility clearance requirements.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with forensic populations.
- Experience in competency restoration inpatient psychiatry behavioral health correctional or state facility settings.
- Fellowship or specialized training in forensic psychiatry.
- Prior experience working with State of Missouri agencies or similar public-sector behavioral health facilities.
