Job Description We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology vision and execution for a rapidly growing fintech organization. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise strategic thinking and leadership capabilities to drive innovation and scalability across the organization.
As a key member of the executive leadership team the CTO will be responsible for defining and implementing the company’s technology roadmap ensuring alignment with business objectives and building high-performing engineering teams.

Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role (CTO / VP Engineering) Strong background in building scalable SaaS or fintech platforms Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern architecture patterns Demonstrated success in leading large engineering teams Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills Experience working in high-growth or startup environments
