Make a Difference
The Executive Assistant provides administrative operational and administrative support services. This includes but is not limited to general administrative support skills such as typing/word processing proofreading creating and preparing reports processing correspondence filing scheduling meetings receiving visitors telephone skills and etiquette maintaining files conducting special projects and/or other administrative duties as assigned. This role requires a high degree of responsibility accountability flexibility confidentiality and discretion. The Executive Assistant must have effective rapport with executive staff and executive administrative support staff physicians office staff patients and visitors. This role maintains confidentiality and discretion with information pertaining to Network or personnel issues.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting have exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude while providing administrative support.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Five (5) years of administrative support experience on an executive/administrative assistant level or office management experience preferably in the healthcare field required.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs including Word PowerPoint Outlook SharePoint and Teams.
Experience with Kronos and PeopleSoft preferred.
Maintain a professional organized office environment and communicate effectively with diplomacy and courtesy
Coordinate executive calendars meetings travel arrangements and events
Manage mail office supply ordering subscriptions and publications
Provide project support maintain files and ensure confidentiality
Strong organizational time management and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Perform other duties as assigned
