About the role
As a ManufacturingLineOperator you will work on the production floor in a regulated processdriven environment supporting daily manufacturing schedules while following strict quality and safety standards.
This role suits someone who is:
Comfortable with handson routine production work
Reliable detailfocusedand safetyconscious
Happy working to defined procedures and schedules
What youll do
Operate production and/or test equipment
Follow GMP safety rules and standard operating procedures
Meet daily production targets with guidance from yourSupervisor
Record production data accurately using approved systems
Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues as
Support training of new team members when needed
Contribute to continuous improvement activities
What were looking for
Manufacturing or production experience is an advantage but not essential
Good communicationand teamwork skills
Basic computer skills
A positive flexible attitude and strong attention to detail
Experience in regulated or manufacturing environments (e.g. medical device pharma food automotive) is beneficial.
