Control Room Operator
Job Summary
- Swiftly react to incidents accidents and emergencies on the national motorway network and/or Dublin Tunnel.
- 4 on 4 off shift pattern
- Utilise cutting-edge technology to identify analyse and regulate traffic patterns and incidents.
- Collaborate with emergency services contractors and stakeholders for a prompt and effective response to any situation.
- Deliver concise precise instructions to drivers using various communication tools such as variable message signs and social media.
- Maintain accurate incident logs and prepare comprehensive reports as part of your administrative duties.
- Foster smooth and secure traffic movement through effective communication with team members road users and stakeholders.
- Ensure that all processes and procedures are undertaken in line with Company Standards ISO 55001 ISO 27001 ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 and ISO 50001.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Keen attention to detail and a strong sense of motivation.
- Exceptional communication skills to provide clear instructions and updates.
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organisational abilities to manage incident logs and reports.
- Prior experience in a control room or traffic management role is beneficial.
