Toyohashi Plant HR Head

Job Description

• Act as HR Business Partner for factory management providing strategic HR support and advice.

• Manage all HR operations at the factory including recruitment onboarding employee relations performance management and talent development.

• Oversee General Affairs (GA) functions including facility management administrative support and coordination of office services.

• Supervise Payroll and Shared Services ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing benefits administration and HRIS management.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and health & safety regulations.

• Lead and develop the factory HR team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

• Support and manage EHS (Environment Health & Safety) initiatives ensuring a safe and healthy workplace and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Support organizational change initiatives and drive employee engagement programs.

• Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to implement company-wide HR strategies and projects.

• Knowledge and Technical Skills:

  Possesses highly advanced specialized knowledge in their role and fundamental knowledge of related functions capable of applying and analyzing this knowledge to create new processes.

  -Solving Ability:

  Able to resolve complex issues that span multiple functions and to reassess existing solutions from new perspectives.

  Skills:

  Capable of explaining difficult or sensitive information in operations and building consensus on process choices.

  Understanding and Influence:

  Understands best practices and recognizes differentiating factors in the market and among competitors.
