Job Summary
Job Description
Act as HR Business Partner for factory management providing strategic HR support and advice.
Manage all HR operations at the factory including recruitment onboarding employee relations performance management and talent development.
Oversee General Affairs (GA) functions including facility management administrative support and coordination of office services.
Supervise Payroll and Shared Services ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing benefits administration and HRIS management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and health & safety regulations.
Lead and develop the factory HR team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Support and manage EHS (Environment Health & Safety) initiatives ensuring a safe and healthy workplace and compliance with relevant regulations.
Support organizational change initiatives and drive employee engagement programs.
Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to implement company-wide HR strategies and projects.

Possesses highly advanced specialized knowledge in their role and fundamental knowledge of related functions capable of applying and analyzing this knowledge to create new processes.

Able to resolve complex issues that span multiple functions and to reassess existing solutions from new perspectives.
Skills:
Capable of explaining difficult or sensitive information in operations and building consensus on process choices.
Understanding and Influence:
Understands best practices and recognizes differentiating factors in the market and among competitors.
