日々の人事業務を支えるだけでなく業務改善や制度運用の最適化にも積極的に取り組み従業員体験Employee Experienceの向上に貢献いただくことを期待しています

仕事内容

Japan People Experience Teamの一員として人事業務全般を幅広く担当いただきます

まずは入退社手続きや従業員からの問い合わせ対応など人事オペレーションの中核業務を担っていただきますその後労務管理福利厚生運営Employee Relations人事プロジェクトなど担当領域を広げながら人事ジェネラリストとして専門性を高めていただきます

また米国本社や韓国拠点の人事チームと連携しながらグローバルな環境で業務を推進いただきます日々のオペレーションを正確に遂行するだけでなく業務プロセスの改善や効率化人事システムの活用最適化にも主体的に取り組んでいただくポジションです

主な担当領域

従業員ライフサイクルサポート

• 入退社手続きの対応
• 従業員からの各種問い合わせ対応
• 従業員データの管理更新
• 就労証明書の作成
• 産休育休取得者休職者への対応

労務福利厚生

• 健康診断ストレスチェックインフルエンザ予防接種の企画運営
• 福利厚生制度の運営
• 勤怠管理に関するサポート
• 衛生委員会への参加および運営サポート
• 社会保険労務士やPayroll Teamと連携した給与関連業務のサポート
• 労働関連法令の改正に伴う制度規程の見直しおよび運用

Employee Relations

• 従業員からの相談対応
• 職場課題や人事案件への対応
• 関連部門やPeople Business Partnerと連携した課題解決

プロジェクト業務改善

• 人事関連プロジェクトの推進サポート
• 人事システムや業務プロセスの改善
• 契約書締結に関する業務
• 人事アナウンスの作成配信
• 各種資料作成および翻訳業務英語日本語韓国語日本語
• 人事関連研修の企画運営実施

応募資格Must

• 人事実務経験3年以上
• 日本の労働関連法令および労働基準法に関する理解と実務経験
• 複数の関係者と連携しながら課題解決を推進した経験
• 高いコミュニケーション能力と対人対応力
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力
• ビジネスレベルの英語力

歓迎スキル経験

• 社内研修の企画運営経験
• Employee Relationsまたは従業員相談対応の経験
• メンタルヘルス対応の経験
• 第二種衛生管理者資格
• 日常会話レベルの韓国語力
