Job Description Music Therapy Faculty full-time temporary instructor position beginning August 2026. Teach undergraduate and graduate Music Therapy classes within the music therapy program. Manage and supervise graduate and undergraduate clinical experiences. A continuing record of publications presentations research and other appropriate professional activities is expected in addition to recruiting and university service. |
Required Qualifications Masters in Music Therapy and MT-BC required doctorate preferred in MT or related field. At least five years of full-time clinical experience in music therapy or its equivalent is required. College teaching experience as well as strong clinical musicianship with keyboard guitar voice and percussion. Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to relate well to a diverse group of students and faculty at the university level are both essential. A commitment to outreach and student recruitment and versatility to help meet needs within the department based on applicants strengths is anticipated. |
