Program Supervisor

About the Role: The Program Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring highâquality recoveryâoriented behavioral health services. This position provides clinical oversight and mentorship to designated staff and/or shifts while maintaining a handsâon presence in service delivery when needed. Youll partner closely with the Clinical Coordinator and serve as a vital support during critical momentsespecially within our COPE and LETI programs that intersect directly with community crisis response and law enforcement.

Location: Exton PA

Program: COPE (Warm handoff program) & LETI (Law Enforcement Treatment Initiative)

Salary: $52000 depending on experience

What Youll Do

• Provide clinical oversight guidance and consultation to assigned program staff
• Support direct service staff during crises and critical situations
• Apply knowledge of mental health diagnoses recovery principles and cultural competency in daily practice
• Deliver routine supervision and constructive feedback including 90âday and annual evaluations
• Ensure services meet bestâpractice standards licensure requirements and contractual obligations
• Maintain accurate timely and highâquality clinical documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and incident reporting
• Build strong relationships with clients families community partners payers and agencies
• Assist with orienting and onboarding new program staff
• Utilize systems such as Word Excel Outlook and MyEvolv effectively
• Promote fiscally responsible program operations
• Support program goals in alignment with agency mission policies and procedures
• Complete required training and professional development activities
• Perform additional duties as needed to support program success

What Were Looking For

Required Qualifications:

One of the following:

• • High School Diploma plus 2 years of behavioral health experience and Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) certification
  • Strong understanding of recoveryâoriented and culturally competent care
  • Valid nonâprovisional drivers license
  • Ability to obtain required Pennsylvania clearances
