Servitium Wealth Management Full-Time
Servitium Wealth Management is seeking a Paraplanner to join a growing client-focused advisory practice. This role is designed for someone with foundational industry experience who can step in quickly support advisors and deliver a high-quality client experience.
This is not an entry-level opportunity. The ideal candidate brings prior exposure to wealth management workflows and is looking to grow within a practiceprogressing in responsibility developing technical skills and potentially moving toward an advisory path over time.

Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Relationship Support
- Serve as a key point of contact for client service needs
- Communicate with clients regarding account activity follow-ups and requests
- Support advisors in delivering a seamless and responsive client experience
Account Management & Operations
- Process new business account opening and ongoing account maintenance
- Handle client confirmations and service-related requests
- Coordinate with custodians and internal partners to resolve issues
Meeting Preparation & Execution
- Prepare client meeting materials and documentation
- Support pre- and post-meeting workflows including follow-ups and task tracking
Systems & Documentation
- Maintain accurate client records within CRM systems
- Utilize tools such as Salesforce MoneyGuide and eMeeting (preferred)
- Ensure compliance with firm and regulatory standards
Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of experience in financial services wealth management or a related role
- Strong understanding of client service and operational workflows
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- FINRA licenses (Series 7 and/or 66) or willingness to obtain within 12 months
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Familiarity with financial planning tools (e.g. MoneyGuide)

Compensation & Benefits
Base Compensation:
- $26.50 33.50 (commensurate with experience and licensing) Hourly non-exempt
