Private Duty LPN

Warsaw IN Hiring Immediately

3 days a week. One patient. Consistent schedule.

If you are tired of running nonstop in a facility this is a different pace.

At Elara Caring you provide 1:1 care in the home.
No heavy assignments. No constant interruptions. Just focused care for one patient.

Schedule

Saturday Sunday Monday
6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Full-time hours in 3 days
Open to 10-hour shifts if needed

What You Will Do

Provide 1:1 nursing care in the home
Follow the plan of care and physician orders
Monitor patient condition and report changes
Document care accurately and on time
Communicate with RN physician and care team

What You Need

Active LPN license
1 year of nursing experience
Strong observation and communication skills
Reliable transportation
Ability to assist with patient mobility up to 50 pounds
