The Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory (MAGNT) is the Territorys premier cultural and scientific institution welcoming more than 300000 visitors each year. About the Role
Terms: Part-time OngoingSalary: $80000 p.a. pro rata (3 days per week) 12% super
Location:Darwin or Alice SpringsThe Regional Museums Officer will support regional museums and keeping places across the Northern Territory to develop care for manage and promote their collections and programs to visitors and the community. The role will also manage a Regional Museums grants program for the Northern Territory.
The position involves travel to regional and remote locations including delivery of workshops in at least three locations annually sometimes requiring charter flights.
