Job Summary

Description

The Marketing Manager for Breast & Skeletal Health in Canada is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive awareness adoption and growth of Hologics portfolio across breast imaging biopsy surgery and skeletal health solutions. This role partners closely with sales clinical applications medical affairs and global marketing to deliver customer-focused programs that support healthcare providers in improving outcomes for womens health.

The Marketing Manager will lead product positioning demand generation market development activities and commercial launch readiness while ensuring alignment with Canadian regulatory and compliance requirements.

Knowledge
  • Understanding of healthcare and medical device marketing principles including product marketing downstream marketing and commercial strategy.
  • Knowledge of the Breast & Skeletal Health market including breast imaging radiology womens health and osteoporosis care environments.
  • Familiarity with the Canadian healthcare system hospital procurement processes and reimbursement dynamics.
  • Understanding of product positioning value proposition development and competitive differentiation within regulated healthcare markets.
  • Knowledge of marketing campaign development across multiple channels including digital marketing conferences educational programs and customer events.
  • Awareness of market trends competitive landscape and customer insights within diagnostic and medical technology markets.
  • Familiarity with key opinion leader (KOL) engagement clinical advocacy programs and medical education initiatives.
  • Understanding of marketing performance measurement campaign analytics and return on investment evaluation.
  • Knowledge of Canadian regulatory and promotional compliance standards for healthcare marketing activities.

Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Life Sciences or a related field; MBA considered an asset.
  • 58 years of marketing experience within healthcare medical devices diagnostics or life sciences industries.
  • Experience in product marketing downstream marketing or commercial marketing roles preferred.
  • Experience supporting product launches within regulated healthcare environments.
  • Experience working with key opinion leaders clinical societies and medical education programs.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams and adapting global strategies to local market needs.
  • Experience managing multichannel marketing campaigns and events including conferences and customer programs.
  • Experience analyzing market data competitive intelligence and campaign performance metrics to guide strategy.
  • Fluency in English required; French language capability considered an asset.

Travel

Approximately 2540% travel within Canada for customer meetings conferences and internal collaboration.

Additional Info:

The annualized base salary range for this role is $96408 to $160680 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience skillset knowledge geography education business needs and market demand.
