Must Have:

• 2 year healthcare front office experience

• Primary Care experience preferred

• Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS

• EMR experience (Athena)

• Strong multitasking & communication skills

• Warm professional patientfocused attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient checkin registration & insurance verification

• Collect copays & follow cashhandling procedures

• Schedule appointments & manage phones

• Process referrals & medical record requests

• Scan/upload documents into the EHR

• Support billing & resolve account discrepancies

• Maintain HIPAA compliance

• Deliver excellent customer service
