Key Responsibilities:
Assist Physical Therapists in providing patient-centered care to seniors
Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility strength and independence
Guide residents through exercises and activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the PT
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize outcomes
Educate patients families and staff on safe mobility practices
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress
Qualifications:
Current Wisconsin PTA license
Strong clinical skills and a passion for working with older adults
Excellent communication teamwork and organizational abilities
Flexibility professionalism and a positive attitude
