Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team supporting seniors in Lomira Beaver Dam and Markesan WI. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists in providing patient-centered care to seniors

• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility strength and independence

• Guide residents through exercises and activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the PT

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize outcomes

• Educate patients families and staff on safe mobility practices

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress

Qualifications:

• Current Wisconsin PTA license

• Strong clinical skills and a passion for working with older adults

• Excellent communication teamwork and organizational abilities

• Flexibility professionalism and a positive attitude
