The Role

This is the first dedicated People presence in the UK based in London and supporting our growing UK business. Youll be responsible for delivering the people agenda locally working closely with managers and employees to embed company values improve team effectiveness and ensure a consistent employee experience.

Reporting to the Chief People and Culture Officer youll bring the Group People strategy to life in the UK working hand in hand with the wider People team to ensure local delivery stays true to the group direction.

• 5yearsofHR/PeopleexperienceincludingtimeinaBusinessPartnerorseniorgeneralistrole
• Experienceworkinginastandaloneorlow-supportenvironmentwiththeabilitytoprioritiseandoperateindependently
• StrongworkingknowledgeofUKemploymentlawandconfidenceinmanagingERcases
• TobecomfortablesupportingcommercialteamsparticularlyinSales-ledenvironments
• Stronginterpersonalskillswiththeabilitytobuildtrustandworkeffectivelywithmanagers
• Apracticalandhands-onapproachwithafocusondeliveryandoutcomes
• ExperienceinaSaaStechorhigh-growthenvironmentisbeneficial
• To be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

Whats the hiring process

1. An initial Teams video call with our People team to discuss your application
   
2. A Teams video interview with the hiring manager.
3. A final in-person interview with the hiring manager and another member of the Senior Leadership Team.
