Automotive Quick Lube Technician

McSweeney Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a motivated and skilled Automotive Quick Lube Technician to join our team in Pell City this role you will perform routine vehicle maintenance services including oil changes tire rotations and fluid top-offs ensuring our customers vehicles are serviced promptly and efficiently. You will work closely with our service team to deliver excellent customer satisfaction and maintain high-quality service standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for basic repairs and maintenance needs and report findings to service advisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Assist with other automotive service duties as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in automotive quick lube or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
