Master Technician

Blasius Auto Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our team in Brookfield this role you will be responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
• Internal engine work engine swaps transmission swaps and rebuilds.
• Conduct regular high end maintenance services.
• Maintain detailed and accurate service records.
• Stay current with the latest automotive technology tools and repair techniques.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist other techs when needed.

Requirements

• Valid Master Technician certification and relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of various automotive systems including electrical engine transmission and brake systems.
• Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Must be willing to work AND turn hours and we will make you one of the highest paid techs in the area.
