Job Summary
We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Manager - Quality and Performanceto join our Health & Education team at Bendigo Hospital and play a key role in ensuring safe compliant and highperforming facilities that support essential community services. Reporting to the Facilities Director youll help deliver highquality outcomes that support our essential services.
What Youll Do
This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:
Lead the daytoday delivery of facilities management services across a diverse portfolio ensuring contractual safety and performance obligations are met.
Build strong collaborative relationships with clients partners and internal teams to deliver responsive and reliable outcomes.
Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities driving consistency compliance and continuous improvement.
Support financial performance through effective budgeting cost control and reporting aligned to contract requirements.
Foster a positive inclusive and safetyfocused culture where people feel supported to do their best work.
What Youll Bring
Extensive experience in quality assurance and contract performance management within complex PPP or regulated environments.
Demonstrated capability in managing KPI frameworks performance reporting and assurance activities to drive continuous improvement.
Experience working within healthcare infrastructure or facilities management environments (highly regarded).
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the confidence to partner effectively with clients regulators and internal teams.
A proactive detailfocused approach with the ability to balance governance risk and operational delivery.
