What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Valuer / Lister:

• Conducting property valuations and market appraisals
• Winning new instructions and converting leads into listings
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors
• Advising clients on pricing strategies and market conditions
• Working closely with the sales team to ensure successful property marketing
• Generating new business through networking referrals and prospecting

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in estate agency ideally within valuations or listings
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Confident and professional communication style
• Good knowledge of the local property market (or willingness to learn)
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to winning business
• Ability to work towards targets and manage time effectively
• Full UK driving licence
• Professional presentable and customer-focused attitude
