UX Researcher
Job Summary
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mid-Level UX Researcher to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a UX Researcher you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience of our products by conducting in-depth research and analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams all around the World to develop actionable insights that drive product improvements and align with our user-centred design approach.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan design and conduct user research studies to understand user behaviour preferences pain-points goals and needs.
- Utilise a variety of research methods including but not limited to interviews surveys usability testing competitive analysis market research.
- Track of records and literacy in AI UX Research
- Analyse and synthesise research data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for product development.
- Create personas journey maps and other user-centred design artefacts to inform product design and strategy.
- Collaborate closely with business product managers designers and developers to integrate user research findings into the product development process.
- Advocate for a user-centred design approach within the organisation and champion the importance of user research in product decision-making.
- Working with UX/UI Designers Product Managers Engineers and business to prioritise research opportunities in an outcome-focused environment.
- Schedule flexibility and ability to travel to accommodate global team needs.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human-Computer Interaction Psychology Design or related field.
- 5 years of experience in UX research preferably in a product-focused or technology-driven environment.
- Experience with a finance industry/products will be a big advantage.
- Ability to work lean research into agile product deadlines and roadmaps.
- Proficiency in all aspects of research methodologies and tools with a strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate research findings and insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated knowledge in applying AI in UX Research.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with various UX design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma Axure Dovetail user research platforms)
- Deep understanding of UX and Design best practises and ability to translate research results into the Product UX and Design recommendations.
