As a Marketing Associate Education and Awareness you will support and execute digital marketing initiatives social media strategy content development and campaign performance tracking. Responsibilities:

• Plan execute and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across email social and web channels
• Maintain campaign calendars and track KPIs including engagement conversion and ROI
• Support email marketing efforts including segmentation testing and performance tracking
• Develop schedule and publish content across major platforms (LinkedIn Instagram Facebook X TikTok YouTube)
• Monitor engagement respond to interactions and manage social media advertising campaigns
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular social reporting
• Support on-page and off-page SEO initiatives including keyword research and content optimization
• Monitor website traffic rankings and performance using analytics tools
• Create and manage content for social media email blogs and website updates
• Coordinate multiple marketing projects timelines and stakeholders using project management tools
• Maintain digital assets and ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
• Track and analyze campaign performance across channels
• Prepare reports with insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required in English Journalism Communications Marketing or related field
• 3 years of experience in marketing coordination or digital marketing role preferred
• Hands-on experience with social media management digital campaigns and SEO
• Proficiency with social media platforms analytics tools and CMS systems
• Experience with email marketing platforms and paid advertising tools preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Collaborative self-motivated competitive and highly professional
• High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities
• Receptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment is essential
• Experience in a professional services environment highly complex consulting environment or executive search firm is highly preferred
• Candidate must reside or relocate to Houston TX
