Join Sazerac as an Equipment Packaging Engineer and play a key role in advancing world-class packaging operations across our network. This role partners across engineering operations and leadership teams to drive capital projects improve system performance and standardize best practices. Youll contribute to high-impact initiatives involving high-speed bottling packaging systems and finished goods handling while supporting Sazeracs continued growth.

What Youll Do:

• Lead and support capital projects focused on bottling packaging and material handling systems
• Serve as a technical resource for process optimization troubleshooting and performance improvement
• Develop functional design specifications (FDS) cost models and support vendor selection
• Partner cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and standardization across sites
• Support capacity planning process documentation and long-term engineering initiatives

Required:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Process Systems or related field)
• 27 years of engineering experience preferably in manufacturing or process-driven industries
• Experience leading capital projects process improvements or change management initiatives
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work full-time onsite and travel up to 50% (sites in KY & IN)

Preferred:

• Experience with high-speed bottling packaging systems or material handling equipment
• Background in food beverage distilling or similar regulated industries
• Project management or continuous improvement certifications (PMP Lean Six Sigma etc.)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work near moving mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment

The annual salary range for this role is $93735.01 - $140602.51. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience qualifications geographic location and internal pay equity considerations.
