What Youll Do as an OTR:

• Evaluate residents physical cognitive and emotional functioning

• Develop and implement individualized functional treatment plans

• Promote independence in everyday activitiesdressing grooming feeding mobility and meaningful routines

• Support safe transitions equipment needs and environmental adaptations

• Educate caregivers staff and families to enhance outcomes

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members

• Deliver skilled therapy services across skilled nursing and assisted living settings

• Complete accurate and timely documentation

What You Bring:

• Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility)

• Passion for supporting older adults in maximizing independence and quality of life

• Strong clinical thinking communication and teamwork skills

• A positive flexible resident-centered mindset
