What You Will Do:

• Performs duties related to overall Customer Service

• Serve as customer interface on product status and deliveries. Maintain records of customer communications and documentation in support of proper traceability and to ensure timely response to all inquiries

• Document customer needs and concerns to identify patterns and maintain customer quality satisfaction

• Be the focal point between the customer and all other supporting function

• Maintains knowledge of RTX organization and products to provide the appropriate information and support to customers

• Performs Order Administration duties using SAP including but not limited to: Data Entry Service estimate editing & submission Delivery/Shipment creation

• Works in a team environment but also has the capacity to tackle tasks under minimal supervision after training is complete

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience

• The selected candidate must be eligible to work in Canada; successful candidate must meet all requirements under ITAR and CCGP

• Current or previous performing Data Entry to input & retrieve information

• Current or previous experience in a customer facing role

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Effective communication with various internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to VSMs engineering Planning Quality and External Customers

• Current or previous experience using SAP

• Able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Skilled in risk-based decision making to address moderately complex problems

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word and PowerPoint)

• Ability to display exceptional written and oral communication skills

• Prior Aerospace MRO experience
