As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Security in Fort Lee NJ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more. Join Allied Universal as a Residential Patrol Officer where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents and deliver outstanding customer service to residents and this dynamic location you will support a caring agile and reliable team that values integrity innovation clear communication and a people-first approach every day.

Pay Rate: $19.43 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents guests and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures access-related activities and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and unusual activity in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and escalating concerns according to location protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential common areas entry points parking areas and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor doors gates and other access points verifying credentials and/or visitor information in accordance with property guidelines.
• Support day-to-day residential operations by reporting maintenance concerns policy violations and other security-related issues to the appropriate contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
