- Oversee and manage cost control for multiple projects ensuring budgets are adhered to.
- Prepare detailed cost reports and financial statements for the Managing Quantity Surveyor.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide strategic advice on cost management.
- Liaise with clients contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project progression.
- Mentor junior surveyors fostering a collaborative and educational environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
