Key Responsibilities
The Sr/Account Manager is ultimately responsible for the day-to-day execution of our clients media strategies. They are the key point person for deliverables for the internal Dentsu team and clients for tactical delivery or account status. By ensuring media and support activities are executed in a timely and efficient manner the Sr/Account Manager directly impacts the success of our clients as well as
Dentsu.
Serve as the primary conduit between the client and Dentsu business teams
Accountable for setting internal communication plans/methodology
Responsible for the collection of campaign requirements
Support Directors in contributing to media strategies testing and execution of client programs
Coordinate and manage internal and external client meetings; responsible for daily communication with key client contacts
Collaborate with external 3rd party channel partners
Ensure timeliness and quality of client deliverables to include campaign counts reports change requests and proposals
Manage and execute the campaign process both internally and with external partners
Compile and maintain media plans based on media strategy review tactical elements for accuracy and provide to the client campaign recommendations from Dentsu teams and experts including email deliverability.
Serve as primary point of contact for error resolution
Actively contribution to improvement of existing processes
Effectively lead and motivate internal team to produce best in class work
Foster a collaborative energised internal dynamic team
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of client services/account management in a direct media agency or a combination of agency/client side experience
Campaign management / oversight experience required
Vertical experience in Finance and FMCG strongly preferred
Strong project management interpersonal and negotiation skills
Analytically minded specifically comfortable with data response metrics and trends
Proven experience managing client relationships and effectively problem solving; ability to analyse problems and produce a viable solution

The team is based in our Dublin office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office three days a week
