Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
The Horse Barn at Iowa State is looking to hire someone to assist in chores (feeding watering cleaning stalls medicating (IM IV oral) turning horses in/out notifying management of any injured animals cleaning sheds keeping the barns tidy for tours and any other needed duties related to caring for the horses.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to read write and follow instructions
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior horse experience
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
