Head Chef

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food highly organised and capable of running a busy kitchen to the highest standards.

What youll do:

• Direct all kitchen operations including food preparation cooking and cleaning.

• Maintain kitchen equipment as required.

• Supervise chefs and kitchen staff ensuring a cohesive team environment.

• Resolve any issues as they arise to maintain smooth foodservice operations.

• Maintain control of the kitchen to ensure efficiency at all times.

• Plan menus based on ingredient availability and costings.

• Ensure all staff adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen.

• Inspect raw and cooked food to guarantee the highest quality.

• Collaborate with the General Manager Executive Chef and operations team to achieve the establishments goals.

What you bring:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.

• Experience managing teams within a busy kitchen environment.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards.
