Junior Graphic Designer – Amazon EBC A+ Content Specialist

Scosche Industries is seeking a production-ready Junior Graphic Designer specializing in Amazon Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) and A content to support our growing e-commerce needs. This role partners closely with our Lead Designer handling high-volume design production to increase team capacity and efficiency. Compensation for this position is $28.00 $30.00 per hour (based on a 40-hour workweek) non-exempt with final compensation determined based on experience skills and internal equity in accordance with California law.

The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running with the technical proficiency to execute professional-grade assets immediately while continuing to develop skills in motion graphics and emerging AI design tools.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Independently design and execute high-quality Amazon EBC A and Premium A content.
• Prepare and adapt complex design files for various product listings ensuring strict adherence to Amazon standards.
• Support the creative team in executing consistent on-brand visual assets across all digital touchpoints.
• Follow established templates and guidelines to maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure content aligns with conversion-focused goals.
• Support the exploration of motion graphics and AI-assisted design tools as skills develop.

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 12 years of experience in graphic design or high-level internships in digital/e-commerce design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography layout color theory and e-commerce design principles.
• Detail-oriented eager to learn and capable of taking direction and feedback effectively.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Salary Range: $28.00 $30.00 Non-exempt

This position is intended to provide immediate bandwidth for increasing e-commerce design volume. By managing production-heavy tasks this role allows senior design staff to focus on strategy innovation and advanced creative work.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
