Overview:

Sentara Pace is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as an Office Assistant.

Position Status: Full Time M-F 8am-5pm

Position Location: Norfolk VA

Pay Range: Pay Range: $17.31 - $28.85

Overview

Perform a variety of administrative tasks aimed to optimize the time and performance of a manager or employees of a department. Tasks may involve acting as a first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls managing diaries organizing meetings and appointments preparing documents or reports and controlling access to the manager or the department. May involve dealing with confidential information.

Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)

Experience

• Seeking a candidate who has clerical experience in a healthcare setting is familiar working with Epic processing payments and ordering supplies.
