Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in Smyrna Tennessee. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical setting while delivering high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans
Implement physical therapy programs to improve mobility strength and function
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and recovery plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility standards
Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or compact license)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Minimum of 12 years of recent clinical experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
