Job Description

As a Graphic Designer on the Blue Cross NC Marketing Creative team you will work with your team of designers writers and project managers to create marketing communications for our various business segments. Youll have daily touchpoints with the team to assess and prioritize the workload as well as work independently to develop and produce graphic designs and layouts for publications and communications vehicles such as sales materials collateral materials corporate graphics and multidimensional displays or exhibits.

What Youll Do

• Develop and produce graphic design for communications such as sales materialspublicationscollateral materials corporate graphics multidimensional displaysexhibits or events.

• Develop and produce graphic designfor electronic and interactive communication such as web bannersemailpresentationsand social media.

• Ensure all materials follow the strict guidelines found in the companyBrand Guidelines documentsfor Blue Cross NCand theCuraCorfamily of companies.

• Assistwith consulting internalbusiness partnerswhendeterminingtheir needsand input.

• Collaborate with the other members of the project team todetermineappropriatedesignelements of the project.

• Prepare artwork for approval and finaldistribution. Make changes as requested.

• Flex betweendesignstyles fordifferent brands different audiences and different tones of voice.

• Demonstrateattention to detail like kerning spacing and visual hierarchy.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree or advanced degree (where required)

• 3 years of experience in related field.

• In lieu of degree 5 years of experience in related field.

Bonus Points

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign. (A plus but not required: Canva Adobe Premier Adobe After Effects Adobe Workfront Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft CoPilot.)

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Where Youll Work

Our Hybrid Flex approach is built on presence with a purpose giving you flexibility to work remotely with intentional in-person connection that supports a workplace thats flexible connected and future focused.

In a Hybrid-Flex role youll work in the office at least two days a week for collaboration and a Remote Flex role youll work virtually with a few in-office visits each year for meaningful moments that matter.

Salary Range
