In this part-time continuing role you will support safe high-quality veterinary clinical placements.You will build strong relationships with distributed practices while coordinating compliance riskassessmentsand accreditation-ready documentation. This role places you at the heart of student safety learningqualityand partner collaboration.
What you will deliver:
Manage relationships with distributed veterinary practices ensuring clear communication around placementsagreementsand expectations.
Coordinate placementlogisticsmonitorcontracts invoices and payments and supporttimelyresolution of issues or concerns.
Undertake OHS and compliance audits with relevant teamsidentifyrisksand work with practices on corrective actions.
Support training and accreditation requirements by tracking educator compliance maintaining LMSresourcesand providing accurate data for reporting.
Maintain detailed records of incidents and complianceactivities andprepare concise reports for School leadership and accrediting bodies.
You may be a great fit if:
Bring experience in veterinary practice veterinary nursing OHS or other regulated audited environments or a strong interest.
Holda relevant qualification or equivalent experience and training withinveterinaryeducationhealthor related professional settings.
Demonstrate proven ability to build productive relationships negotiateoutcomesand communicate clearly with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess compliance risks and respond to evolving standards or regulations.
Manage datarecordsand reporting with accuracy using spreadsheets or similar tools to track compliance and placements.
Please note that this role requires travel to various distributed practices across Metro Melbourne and regional Victoria. A valid driverslicenceis essential.
