ServiceNow Architect

The ServiceNow Architect is accountable for the design structure and long-term health of the platform. This role ensures solutions are scalable aligned to business outcomes and built correctly from the start to avoid rework and technical debt.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture of the ServiceNow platform
• Define and enforce design standards patterns and governance
• Ensure platform health performance and upgrade readiness
• Lead solution design across multiple modules (not siloed)
• Act as the technical lead on client demand and internal initiatives
• Design and oversee integrations (Azure AWS third-party systems)
• Guide the adoption of AI and automation capabilities within ServiceNow
• Translate business requirements into structured deliverable solutions
• Balance short-term delivery (MVP) with long-term platform strategy
• Provide technical leadership to developers and future team members

Required Experience

• Strong ServiceNow architecture experience across multiple modules
• Proven delivery of scalable enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions
• Deep understanding of CSDM CMDB and platform data structures
• Experience designing and delivering integrations (REST APIs cloud platforms)
• Experience managing platform upgrades performance and technical debt
• Practical experience applying AI capabilities within ServiceNow
• Ability to operate as the senior technical authority in a small team
• Data foundations mandatory
• Certified technical architect - desirable
