Venues Marketing Manager

Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute seasonal and tactical marketing campaigns (e.g. Christmas summer key events)
• Create and manage an annual venue marketing calendar aligned with central brand and sales strategies
• Act as the primary marketing contact for venue teams supporting:
  • Social media content
  • Email campaigns (e-shots)
  • Website updates
  • Third-party listings
• Drive sales enablement and lead generation campaigns
• Work closely with venue sales teams to support conversion
• Produce and manage marketing collateral and content creation
• Coordinate and attend photoshoots where required
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers (designers printers agencies)
• Ensure all marketing materials meet brand guidelines and quality standards
• Support client relationships and attend meetings when required

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in a marketing role ideally within hospitality events or multi-site environments
• Strong campaign planning and execution skills
• Confident copywriter with excellent attention to detail
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects
• Commercially aware with a focus on driving revenue
• Organised proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively
