As an FPGA Engineer - Consultant you will tackle diverse real-world challenges from the ground up. Typically this will involve the whole product life cycle capturing requirements design and development documentation testing and delivery. Awerians wide variety of intriguing projects from proof-of-concept through to working prototypes provide stimulating intellectual and practical challenges.

Requirements:
You bring a track record of academic excellence hold a relevant degree and have proven technical capabilities including the design and development of technology solutions in FPGA firmware (in VHDL/Verilog using a toolchain such as Vivado / Quartus) have a proven track record of design and implementation of technological solutions.
Experience in developing Digital Signal Processing algorithms is highly advantageous.
In addition experience in any of the following is desirable:
- DSP/system modelling in MATLAB/Simulink
- Electronics development
- Embedded software development (typically with C/C and Linux expertise)
- RADAR or communications applications
- Software Defined Radios (SDRs)
We are keen to hear from FPGA Engineers with experience from diverse industry backgrounds and from recent graduate to developed career stage but previous experience in the defence sector is an advantage.
