Schedule:MondayFriday 7:00AM3:00PM
Pay Rate:$25.00 per hour
Required Qualifications
- Previous SOC (Security Operations Center) experience
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Ability to follow and teach standard operating procedures
- Reliable punctual and comfortable working a fixed weekday schedule 7:00AM3:00PM
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training for SOC officers on daily operations incident response and reporting
- Train staff on SOC systems tools and communication protocols
- Support onboarding of new SOC personnel
- Conduct refresher training and skills checks as needed
- Maintain training records and provide feedback to leadership on training needs
About the Role
We are looking for a SOC Trainer to support our Security Operations Center (SOC) team in this role you will train new and existing SOC officers on procedures systems and best practices to ensure high-quality security operations.
