Our client is seeking an organised Property Compliance & Maintenance Coordinator to manage compliance inspections and maintenance across a residential portfolio ensuring smooth operations legal compliance and efficient service to landlords and tenants.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Compliance & Maintenance Coordinator:

  • Manage and track all statutory compliance including Gas Safety EICRs and EPCs
  • Coordinate maintenance issues from initial report through to completion and invoicing
  • Conduct routine property inspections and produce detailed reports
  • Oversee end-of-tenancy processes including check-outs deposit returns and dispute support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property and compliance records within the CRM system
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to provide updates and ensure a high level of customer service

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous experience in property management compliance or a similar administrative role
  • Strong understanding of lettings compliance requirements (desirable)
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
  • Calm and professional approach when handling issues or disputes
  • Confident communicator with landlords tenants and contractors
  • Experience using property management systems (e.g. Alto) is advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for property visits
