Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a long-term care setting. This role involves providing compassionate patient-centered care to residents across multiple units within the same facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in a long-term care environment
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Assist with daily living activities and patient assessments
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license (New York)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or related setting
- Current BLS certification
