Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a long-term care setting. This role involves providing compassionate patient-centered care to residents across multiple units within the same facility.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care in a long-term care environment
Administer medications and monitor patient responses
Assist with daily living activities and patient assessments
Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols
Required Qualifications
Active LPN/LVN license (New York)
Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or related setting
Current BLS certification
