Location: Pittsburgh PA
Shift: MondayFriday
Hours:7:00 AM 3:30 PM

A Quality Facility Services is seeking a dependable motivated Supervisor to support daily operations in the Pittsburgh area. If you enjoy leading teams staying organized and making a visible difference this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
This is a hands-on leadership role where youll help oversee team performance ensure quality standards and support staff as needed.
What Youll Do
- Supervise team members and ensure smooth daily operations
- Conduct quality checks to maintain service standards
- Train support and motivate team members
- Track labor hours and assist with scheduling and efficiency
- Manage inventory and place supply orders
- Communicate updates on schedules procedures and company policies
- Work closely with the Account Manager
- Step in to assist with coverage when needed
- Identify opportunities for additional services (carpet cleaning floor care window cleaning etc.)

- Janitorial or facility services experience preferred (not required)
