Are you passionate about making sure every child enjoys school is supported and able to thrive We are looking for an exceptional Inclusion Leader to join our senior leadership team and champion the needs of all learners across our school community. Start: September 2026.
As our Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion you will lead on:
- SEND Provision.
- Ensuring high-quality inclusive practice across the school and working closely with staff families and external agencies to secure the best outcomes for pupils.
Safeguarding:
- Serving as the Designated Safeguarding Lead promoting a culture of awareness care and informed reflective enquiry across the school.
Attendance:
- Leading the attendance strategy supporting families and ensuring every child is able to access learning consistently and confidently.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong primary experience in SEND and/or leadership with a deep understanding of inclusive practice.
- Brings a knowledge of safeguarding and a commitment to keeping children safe.
- Understands the importance of attendance and can work proactively with families.
- Builds positive relationships with pupils staff and parents.
- Is reflective resilient and ready to make a meaningful impact.
- Leads with empathy clarity and high expectations
