Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. As a Graphic Designer at Bausch-White Masonry LLC you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand and message to our clients and stakeholders. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop creative concepts and produce high-quality designs for various mediums including print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and design marketing materials including brochures flyers advertisements and other promotional materials

- Create visually appealing and effective designs for our website social media platforms and other digital channels

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns and projects

- Ensure all designs align with the companys brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our designs

- Work closely with print vendors to ensure the timely and accurate production of materials

- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality of work

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design preferably in a marketing or advertising setting

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)

- Strong understanding of design principles typography and color theory

- Experience with digital design and social media platforms

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
